HTM 378 is the prerequisite for the remaining courses so it must be taken first. It is not necessary to take the remaining courses in order but highly recommended.

Academic Policies and Requirements for Certificates:

All Casino Resort Management certificate courses must be taken at The University of Southern Mississippi.

Students must receive no lower than a “C” and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA in the certificate courses.
Students may request a waiver of prerequisite requirements based on industry experience. Such a waiver requires director approval.
